1. What This Site Is

The provider is responsible for diagnosing the job, confirming availability, setting pricing, performing work, collecting payment, and honoring any provider warranty or contract.
3. Provider Verification
Unless the Site expressly states otherwise, routing a request is not a representation that the Site has independently verified every provider’s license, insurance, reviews, background, equipment, workmanship, or suitability for a particular project. You should verify the details that matter to you directly with the provider before authorizing work.
4. No Guarantee of Availability or Response Time
Submitting a request does not guarantee that a provider will be available, that a provider will accept the job, or that contact will occur within a particular timeframe. Coverage can vary by address, service category, current demand, and provider availability.
5. Estimates, Pricing, Contracts, and Payment
Any estimate, quote, contract, warranty, payment obligation, or service agreement is between you and the independent provider unless a written agreement expressly states otherwise. The Site does not set or guarantee provider prices.
6. Compensation and Lead Routing
The Site may receive compensation for marketing, routing, or connecting service requests with providers or routing partners. Compensation does not change the provider’s responsibility for the plumbing work or your responsibility to review the provider’s terms before approving service.

When you submit a service request, you authorize the Site and the provider or routing partner handling that request to use the contact information you provided to respond about the request. Any separate consent required for automated calls, texts, marketing, or recorded calls should be presented through the actual form or call flow used by the Site.
8. Emergency Limitations
The Site is not a 911, fire, utility, or public-safety dispatch service. If you smell gas, suspect carbon monoxide, see fire, or face another life-safety emergency, leave the property when appropriate and contact 911 or the relevant utility first. For a suspected City of Rome water-main or sewer-main problem, the City of Rome Water & Sewer Division should be contacted directly.
9. Local Information and Content Accuracy
The Site publishes general plumbing information and locally relevant resources. We aim to keep references to utilities, permitting, and local processes useful and current, but rules and contact information can change. 15. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Site operator is not responsible for the acts, omissions, pricing, contracts, property damage, workmanship, or other performance of an independent provider merely because the Site routed a request to that provider. Any final limitation-of-liability language should be reviewed for the Site operator’s actual legal entity and jurisdiction before publication.
